Looking back at this season, it's easy to see why Ibiza is the world's most loved and revisited party destination. Each year, house heads and cocktail lovers head to the White Isle for their yearly dose of thumping beats, constant 30 degree heat and a guaranteed wry smile when you're caught reminiscing at the long, lustrous week that you wished would never end...
All is not lost. Here at SasSea, we're just like you. We hate ending a party early, but every cloud has a silver lining...in this case, a very blurry, loud one that tastes of vodka and maybe regret!
Like the start of university Freshers 'week', closing week encompasses two weeks of craze filled antics that the premise of 'what happens on tour, stays on tour' is made up of.
The second week of closings start on Monday, which means that the season winds down and the most southern area of Spain returns to its lesser known, secluded state of abundance. Did I say wind down? Check out this huge line up below for the next week, it's set to be huge!
Monday 21st September
Based on the Indian 'Holi' Fesitval; 5 tons of powdered paint and booming tech-house are somehow all crammed into the open-air club Benimussa Park. This party is messy!
Tuesday 22nd September
Possibly the most underrated party in Ibiza, Pacha is home to Flower Power with DJ Piti. It's guaranteed you'll never find anywhere else like this, a truly unique vibe that brings together people from all walks of life.
Fancy going travelling and finding your inner peace? Well, with this final party there's no sleeping on sodden mattresses or sharing a room with a bunch of weirdo's, but there sure is a heck of a hangover and a lot of compassion shared with your fellow man!
Don't worry about struggling to find an outfit, we think a 'Forever Young' bikini with some white denim shorts and a floral headband will make you look like the part of the 'Flower Power'!
Wednesday 23rd September
If three hours of thumping underground house music isn't enough for you, a further three hours of Paradise at DC10 will definitely satisfy those pumping tastebuds.
For €69.00, Richy Ahmed provides you with perfect mix of potential holiday blues with that far spread beautiful coastline the white isle of Ibiza is known for.
Thursday 24th September
Luckily for your central nervous system, Thursday is a rest day. Put up your feet, grab some well earned kip and get ready to hit the dance floor on Friday for another night to remember.
Friday 25th September
Mixing in amongst locals, workers and party music aficionados; Glitterbox at Space recruits the island over. More like a house party than club night, DJ's have no set list or trend to follow and produce some of the funkiest sounds in Playa D'en Bossa.
Artists this season have included dance music iconic, Fatboy Slim, David Morales and Tensnake, so as you can tell, Friday is going to be a tame one...Mirrorballs or bust.
Saturday 26th September
Standard nights out in town tend to avoid Hed Kandi due to its awful reputation and extortionate drinks prices, but the Ministry of Sound owned company have really hit the spot in Ibiza.
With fabulous DJs, the most extravagant entertainment and a perfect location, you'll be rile-ing if you miss the final night at Es Paradis.
Sunday 27th September
Going out with a bang, this is one of the biggest events of the season at the prestigious Ocean Beach Club. Get your SasSea out, because it's dress to impress. Tickets are only €30.00...plus champagne.
