Returns and exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different item.
If you choose to return an item, please do take care of it whilst it is in your possession. In all cases, items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase. The SasSea Swimwear tag still needs to be attached as well as the hygiene sticker.
Items are to be returned at your cost. Please note that the responsibility and liability of the goods are with you until we receive the goods. We recommend using a courier that is insured, has a tracking number and is signed for. It is your responsibility that Goods are not damaged whilst in transit using transport arranged by you.
As an online business we aim to make returns as hassle-free as possible. All you need to do is fill out the returns form enclosed with your order and return to:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days. An exchange or refund will be issued at the current selling price of the items you purchased.
